ONE MORE SLEEP TO PANCAKE TUESDAY!

Happy Pancake Tuesday to all! It’s Pancake Day every day in Blend & Batch, we serve our fluffy pancakes all day from 8am to 4pm. From maple cured bacon & maple syrup to berry compote & natural yogurt as well as Nutella & banana. Our fluffy pancakes are made fresh to order for you to enjoy them at their best! Keep an eye open for our ‘Daily Special’ tomorrow!  

IRISH RESTAURANT AWARDS!

What a nice surprise to start the week! We are delighted to be nominated for the Irish Restaurant Awards 2017 as ‘Best Café’ organised by the Restaurants Association of Ireland. Results to be announced on the 14th of March. 

FLASHBACK ON OUR FIRST CREPE EVENING!

“Oh what a night”! We hosted our very first Traditional French Crêpe Evening and it went down a treat.  If you were one of our visitors, please give us your feedback here and let us know if you would like us to organise another one.

NEW: SUPER-SIZED ROCKY ROAD!

More chocolate, bigger & better!! Our Krispy Rocky Road has been super-sized with a generous layer of Belgian chocolate. The feedback has been positive so it’s here to stay. Try me out next time you are in.

INSPIRATIONAL DAY!

We were delighted to be part of the Food Heartland Inspirational Day at the Craigavon Civic Centre. Great to see so many young people being inspired by the Food & Drinks industry. #FHskills

Creamy garlic chicken and spinach pasta with cheesy sourdough from Yellow Door.

Italian Salad [roasted potato salad with pancetta, sundried tomato and rocket sprinkled with parmesan].

Traditional French Galette [made with buckwheat crêpe], baked ham, oak smoked cheese with sunny side up egg.

Please support Beth McDaniel, a local student from New Bridge  College and member of the YouthBank Banbridge Group and connected to us through The Teenage Market.Beth has made it to the semi finals of a competition called Junk Kouture where
she had to create a dress out of recycled material. Beth is trying to raise awareness
of recycling and this is why she has jumped into this fantastic competition.
